Rustic, magical, whimsical, pristine, elegant, serene, luminous: just a few words to describe what you’ll experience at one of Davie’s premier event venues, Villa. Thanks to its central location and luxurious design, this beautiful home makes the perfect setting for your dream wedding.

If you’d like to learn more about booking this incredible venue, feel free to call during our weekly business hours, Monday through Friday, from 2 PM to 7 PM. If your schedule doesn’t allow for a weekday meeting, you can schedule a Saturday or Sunday appointment. The Villa is honored that you’ve considered us for one of the most important days of your life.

Facilities and Capacity

With various spaces available, Venue can host celebrations ranging in size from 40 to 100 people. Ceremonies may take place outdoors under the elegant wooden pergola or in front of the classic French doors. You may book a tour in advance. All booked weddings and events are exclusive to your special day.

Services Offered

The Villa Venue offers a venue rental package that provides a set number of hours of coverage (facility usage) and we also have an all-inclusive package which pays attention to almost every detail.

Cuisine

The Venue allows couples to use outside vendors, but only those who are licensed and insured. Keep this in mind if booking your engagement party, elopement, ceremony, or reception here as well.

Our rental package includes access to the residences, grounds, and amenities on our 1.5-acre property, tailored to your specific needs. However, food and decorations are not part of the rental. We can recommend our preferred service providers, or you are welcome to hire vendors of your choice for these services.

Absolutely, you are welcome to bring in outside vendors of your choosing at no extra cost! Just ensure that all vendors are pre-approved, insured, and, if necessary, properly licensed.

Yes, we require a minimum rental period of 5 hours for events.

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit as well as a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking date.

No, there are no extra charges for utilizing our recommended vendors. You are free to choose from our preferred list or bring your own, provided they are pre-approved and insured.

Our cancellation policy requires notice at least 30 days prior to the event for a 80% refund of the security deposit. The non-refundable retainer will not be returned.

Yes, certain decorations, such as open flames and confetti, are not permitted. All decoration plans must be approved in advance to ensure they comply with our safety and maintenance guidelines.

Yes, we require all event hosts to obtain event insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the event date.

Extensions are possible but subject to availability. Additional charges will apply for any extra hours beyond the agreed rental period.

Yes, we offer ample parking space for guests. Valet parking services are also available upon request for an additional fee.

Set-up can begin as early as two hours before the event start time, depending on the availability of the venue. Please coordinate with our team to confirm set-up times
